One Lap, 400 Miles

We'll confirm a 2018 route in due course - it is not yet confirmed but will start and end in the same place as always - King's Lynn.

The 2017 Lap began at Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn and encircled East Anglian Air Ambulance's territory, staying within Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire as much as possible.

The definitive route will average around 105 miles a day for four days. Day one ends in Norwich, day two Ipswich, day three Luton, and day four sees the Lappers return back to King's Lynn by sunset.
