The Adrian Flux Lap of Anglia,

Starting from the East Anglian Air Ambulance HQ - Helimed House in Norwich and cycling a 400+ mile lap around East Anglia finishing back in Norwich four days later. This fully supported event raises vital funds for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Day 1 - Norwich to Ipswich

Day 3 - Luton to King’s Lynn

Day 4 - King’s Lynn to Norwich

Three Nights Sleeping

Some of the hotels have a swimming pool, perfect to cool down after the day’s cycling before joining your fellow Lappers in the hotel bar for stories of downhill bravery or uphill heroics. With hot breakfast included ideal to set you up for the day of cycling ahead.
