2025 Route

This was the 2025 suggested route.

It was Anti Clockwise for only the second time in Lap history! The very first Lap in 2013 went anti clockwise and every year since has been clockwise. The next Lap might be clockwise or anticlockwise and the route might change but this will give you an idea.

The 2025 Route

The 2025 suggested route is below.

Day 1 - Route

Day 2 - Route

Day 3 - Route

Day 4 - Route

Route Notes:

This is the suggested route, please familiarise yourself with it. Should you not agree with any aspect of the route please make any relevant changes to your own copy of the route. If you do deviate from the route we recommend not doing this as a solo rider and consider the possibility of requiring assistance in an area without mobile phone coverage.

The route is primarily on quiet B roads running through rural locations. These can be susceptible to gravel, sand and mud running off the adjacent farm fields after periods of heavy rain. Decent hardwearing tyres are highly recommended! There are also hills so practice your climbing!

Always carry at least 2 inner tubes incase the ‘P’ fairy appears.
